Sakura-Con has discounted rooms set aside in many of the hotels adjacent to the Convention Center.
Artist Alley is Accepting Applications for 2018!
Artist Alley is now accepting applications for Sakura-Con 2018! Don’t worry, you don’t have to rush because our AA is no longer “first come, first served” (please see our FAQ). The application deadline is by Midnight on December 8th, 2017.
Japan Week Cosplay Contest
Team Sakura invites you to a brand new Japanese cultural event! Japan Week at Bellevue College will be Saturday, October 7th, 2017.
Cosplay at Japan Fair and be entered for a chance to go to Japan! Read this entire invitation!
Team Sakura invites everyone to Japan Fair 2017! Japan Fair is free to the public and offers free parking. It will be on July 8th and 9th at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue WA! Visit their website, www.japanfairus.org
Chinatown Seafair Cosplay Parade
If you’d like to participate in our section of the Chinatown Seafair Parade (aka the Cosplay parade!) please follow these instructions:
Date: July 23rd, 6-6:30pm line up.
Objective: To show Seattle what Sakura-Con cosplay is all about!!
Where: Meet at approximately King Street and 8th Avenue. * We do not know our exact placement until we check in–usually they place us in section “c”. You may need to ask where Sakura-Con’s section is with the parade organizers.
