Terms
Hotel Reservation Alert!
Orchid Events is the only official hotel reservation provider for Sakura-Con 2026. Please add help@orchid.events and info@cvent.com as trusted email addresses. Orchid Events will send pertinent information regarding your reservation and deadlines using these email addresses.
ANCEA has negotiated some of the best discounted rates available in Seattle at a variety of hotels to meet all budgets and preferences. Hotel reservations will be accepted until March 12, 2026, at 10 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). After this time, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rate.
Room Policies
As members of Sakura-Con, all attendees are expected to honor Sakura-Con policies. Room stuffing is strictly not condoned or endorsed by Sakura-Con. It violates fire codes, puts undue burden on hotel staff and significantly impacts our relationships with our participating hotels. Should you be caught with unauthorized individuals staying in your room you will be liable for the full NON-DISCOUNTED hotel fees for everyone in the room. If you have special circumstances you’d like considered (i.e.: an infant in your party) contact Orchid Events directly at the help@orchid.events to discuss the circumstances.
Cancellations & Changes
Hilton Motif: When booking your hotel accommodation, you must provide a valid credit card number to guarantee payment. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days of arrival date will be charged one night’s room and tax.
All Other Hotels: When booking your hotel accommodation, you must provide a valid credit card number to guarantee payment. Any reservation cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date will be charged one night’s room and tax.
Deposits
Hotels may charge a deposit of one night’s room and tax as early as March 1, 2026. If the card on file declines the deposit, the hotel will cancel your reservation.
Acknowledgements
Orchid Events will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Events. You will not receive written confirmation from the hotel.
Suites Requests
- For suite information (rates and availability), email help@orchid.events.

- Please note that you should have a reservation booked at your desired hotel already. Please include requirements for the suite such as separate living space from bedroom, large table for meetings, etc. Suites will typically be 2X or more the cost of a regular room.
