Sakura-Con
Sumi Shimamoto is an extremely prolific voice actress, known for her roles in classic Ghibli titles such as Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, as Nausicaä;My Neighbor Totoro as Yasuko Kusakabe; and Princess Mononoke as Toki . Other classic roles include Clarisse d’Cagliostro in Lupin the Third: The Castle of Cagliostro and Kyoko Otonashi in Maison Ikkoku. With over 100 titles to her credit, Ms. Shimamoto has been in a number of other notable titles, such asBleach, Detective Conan, Soreike! Anpan Man, Smile Precure and many more anime, games and ova’s. Sakura-Con is incredibly honored to welcome her back for her second appearance.
