We are excited to welcome back returning exhibitors and look forward to reviewing new exhibitor applications!
We are continuing to improve our processes for our 2026 Exhibit Hall as part of our continued effort to improve our exhibitor experience. We are continuing to use Eventeny for exhibitor management, updated contracts, clearer layouts, and new and exciting opportunities for our exhibitors!
For New Exhibitors or Exhibitors who did NOT pre-register for 2026 during Sakura-Con 2025:
Applications are NOW OPEN for 2026!
For those who are familiar with Eventeny from other events, this will be pretty routine. For those who haven’t used it yet, please just read through the questions carefully and answer them as thoroughly as possible! This helps us make sure we have all of the information we need to process your application with the least amount of back and forth or follow-ups!
You will be asked to provide a credit card during the application process, but you WILL NOT be charged unless your application is approved. Roughly 24-48 hours before you are approved, we will notify you that we will be approving your application and that you will be charged upon approval.
We will be starting to process applications on a rolling basis starting 8/14. Please DO NOT reach out about your Eventeny application unless you have not heard back from us in more than 14 days from the submission date of your application.
For Exhibitors who DID pre-register for 2026 during Sakura-Con 2025:
Please keep an eye on your email, as we have processed all pre-registration applications and will contact you with any issues with the application or payment. If you did not complete your pre-registration in person at Sakura-Con 2025 with our Exhibits Hall team, you are NOT eligible for pre-registration Exhibitor pricing for 2026.
If you have any additional questions, please reach out to exhibitors@sakuracon.org!
