Attention all AMV creators and video editors! Enjoy making videos? Love Sakura-Con?

Want to help get people pumped up? Why not try your hand at making us a video for our Opening Ceremonies?

The Sakura-Con 2020 AMV Contest is now open for submissions! Sakura-Con’s AMV contest is an event for fans to showcase their creative talents in the form of anime music videos.

The Contest is open to anyone, be they amateur or professional! Submissions, signups and contest rules can be found HERE.

Our goal is 70 donors a day!

Sakura-Con is hosting a cosplay contest on Sept 28 at 4:00 PM at Bellevue College Japan Week Festival.

There will be a prize for the winner!

AKA The Cosplay Parade!

Come one and all to the Cosplay Parade! Lets show Seattle what Sakura-Con Cosplay is all about!

If you’d like to participate in our section of the Chinatown Seafair Parade (aka the Cosplay parade!) please follow these instructions:

Objective: To show Seattle what Sakura-Con cosplay is all about!!

Where: Meet at approximately King Street and 8th Avenue. * We do not know our exact placement until we check in. You may need to ask where Sakura-Con’s section is with the parade organizers.

We’re hosting two Cosplay Contests this weekend! 

Join us at one or both events! On Saturday for Dragon Fest 2019 at Seattle’s Chinatown-International District and/or on Sunday for Japan Fair 2019 at Meydenbauer Center!

Team Sakura has lots of summer events this year! Come say hello! Next events are Dragon Fest 2019 Jun 29th and Japan Fair 2019 on June 30th!
Sakura-Con will be hosting a cosplay contest at 3PM at Japan Fair. Show off your latest creation and/or try your chance at winning a complimentary membership for you and a friend for Sakura-Con 2020. (To enter the contest sign up at the Sakura-Con Japan Fair booth by 2PM on Sunday June 30th.)
