Pre-Registration for 2025 is NOW OPEN!
Please read this PRIOR to Registering for 2025:
1. We remove all of our members after each convention, so you will need to make a new account, even if you have registered for previous years. If you have not registered for 2025, you WILL NOT have an account.
2. Please make sure you have accurate information on hand when you register for each member that you are registering! Each member will need their own Membership to attend.
3. If you are purchasing multiple types of memberships, you will need to do a separate transaction for each type.
4. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Membership Rates
Registered Members are entitled to attend all three days of Sakura-Con. Sakura-Con does not issue single day or pro-rated memberships.
Children age 6-12 receive a 50% membership rate discount with their family; children age 5 and under receive a complimentary membership with their family.
Military and their dependents are eligible for $5 off a membership, but must use the discount code on our FAQ page. Valid Military ID will be required onsite for badge pickup.

- $110 until 4/1/25 at 9PM Pacific
- $120 4/1/25 9PM through 4/20/25 close of Registration at 12PM

WE WILL NOT BE PHYSICALLY SELLING MEMBERSHIPS ON-SITE. YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE YOUR MEMBERSHIPS ONLINE PRIOR TO GETTING TO THE CONVENTION CENTER.
Online Registration will stay live for the entirety of Sakura-Con until 12pm on Sunday, and we ask that you have purchased your membership prior to getting in line for Badge Pickup.

Important Membership Registration Details
Memberships not Tickets
We are a 501c3 nonprofit membership organization that is 100% volunteer run (even our board of directors do not get paid). That means to attend Sakura-Con, you must purchase a membership.
Memberships are valid for all 3 days of the event!
Your membership is valid for all three days of the event, and we do not sell single day memberships. You must pick up your badge from Registration during open Registration hours to be able to attend the event!

Minors must Attend with an Adult
If you are attending the convention and under the age of 18, you are required to have an attending adult who is also a registered member.
No Mailed Badges
We do not mail out membership credentials or badges. You receipt, money order receipt or canceled check is your proof of purchase. You will receive an email from JoinIt, our membership management system.
Badge pick up for members attending Sakura-Con will be at Sakura-Con during the event (see details below).
How do I know if I registered?

If you think you have registered but are having issues logging in, or if you were registered by someone else, please contact Registration@sakuracon.org and we are happy to help!
Valid Government Issued ID
Valid, government-issued photo identification is required for all adults, 18 and over when badges are picked up at Sakura-Con. There will be no exceptions. This does not include school IDs.
Refund and Transfer Policy
Memberships cannot be transferred or sold. All membership purchases are non-refundable. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact registration@sakuracon.org
